Energizing Smoothie Recipes

Are you trying detox smoothies to shed belly weight? These energizing smoothie recipes can help replace your breakfast or midday coffee intake. One would usually drink coffee to boost their energy and help curb their appetite. But if you’re trying to lose belly fat fast, you need to take it out of your diet. For more recommendations, check out our belly flat smoothie dr oz post.

While it’s true that coffee keeps you focused and helps satiate your hunger, it is not the healthiest option to do it. Coffee can increase your risk of heart attack, obesity, and diabetes, among other risks. A healthy alternative to this is drinking whole food smoothies instead.

They will give you the same result and more. Healthy smoothies mainly contain fresh fruits, leafy greens, protein, and a good sprinkle of different superfoods like chia seeds or nut butter. When blended together, they give you all the vitamins, minerals, and nutrients you will need to soldier on through the day.

Most green or detox smoothies are rich in fiber, protein, antioxidants, and healthy fats. Since fruits already have natural sugars, you don’t need to add any artificial or processed sweeteners like you normally would with coffee.

With energizing detox smoothies, not only do you stay focused and energized, but it also boosts your immunity and improve your digestion. These smoothies reduce the risk of various health issues like hypertension, diabetes, obesity, and other digestive and cardiovascular diseases.

All these benefits from a concoction that can be made in under 15 minutes! Start by selecting your liquid base, greens, fruits, and superfood. This is the part where you can mix and match depending on your main goal. Then with your Nutribullet, blend your liquid base and greens together to avoid leafy chunks. Toss in the fruits and superfood, some ice if needed and you’re done!
