Pacific Cod With Butter And Ponzu Sauce

Ingredients
- 2 slices pacific cod
- 1 teaspoon starch
- 2 tablespoon flour
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 tablespoon white wine
- 5 tablespoon ponzu
- 3 tablespoon butter
- salt and black pepper
- green onions
Instructions
1.) Season both sides of the fish with salt and pepper.
2.) Mix starch and flour and sprinkle thinly over the fish.
3.) Put olive oil in the pan over medium heat.
4.) Add the fish with the skin-side down first.
5.) Cook it until slightly brown and turn it over.
6.) Pour some white wine and cover the pan.
7.) Let it cook for about 3 to 5 minutes.
8.) Take off heat and set aside.
9.) In the same pan pour ponzu and add the butter.
10.) Let it simmer until you see some tiny bubbles pop up.
11.) Turn off the heat.
12.) Pour the sauce into the fish and garnish with green onions.
