Let me share to you our go to recipe when we feel doing some Italian style dinner at home.  We like simple but delish recipes so I promise this one is a must try with your favorite wine and baguette. Complete your Italian dinner without breaking the budget. 😉

Firefly Squid in Garlic Oil

Craving for some Italian food. Try our quick firefly squid ajillo with your baguette!

Ingredients

  • 150-200grams firefly squid
  • 5 slices of anchovy
  • 7 tablespoon olive oil
  • 5 cloves of garlic
  • (add more if you want)
  • chopped parsley

Instructions

1.) Clean the squids and set aside.


2.) Put some olive oil in the pan.


3.) Add the garlic and cook it in low heat to get that perfect aroma.


4.) Add the anchovies.


5.) Then put the squids and let it simmer in low heat for about 3 to 4 minutes.


6.)Turn off the heat.


7.) Finish off with some chopped parsley.
