I can roast a whole big turkey in one go, which I tried during thanksgiving (it came out a bit lean, though).

Choice Of Sizes
I have a family of 5, which includes my three kids, who are big-time foodies. After much reading and reviewing, I opted for the XL size, which was probably one of my best decisions ever.

I can roast a large turkey of about 14 pounds with the XL size air fryer I have. Also, sometimes I use the crisper tray and the pizza rack together, and of course, my breakfast with six slices of bread gets ready in a few minutes.

The standard size of Emeril Lagasse Air Fryer consumes 1500 W of power, whereas the XL size consumes 1800 W.
The higher the wattage, the faster is the speed. This makes sense but also increases your electricity bill considerably.
